Senior SuccessFactors Lead/ Solution Architect - Employee Central

Job Description

Role: Utilize your skills of SuccessFactors Employee Central to lead teams on large to medium scale projects. Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution System configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint Build strong relationships with clients and project team members that will contribute to your growth and development Continually seeking to improve methodologies and approaches to provide cutting edge thinking and deliverables Lead and contribute to SF practice development initiatives including culture building, recruiting, mentoring and methods development, etc. Responsible for Presales activities identifying new and add on opportunities, proposal development, client presentations, etc. Preferred Skills: Industry or consulting experience Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. Must have done at least 3-4 end to end implementation. Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. Must have worked on MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows. Experience on Time-Off and Benefits Preparation Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment. Basic Qualification :- Experience in atleast 2 of the SF Modules - Employee Central or Other SF Modules BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 6 Yrs
