How you will Contribute and what you will learn Will be Responsible for writing detailed systems engineering requirements in form of Feature Description and user stories for Femto/ SmartNode/Kolibri, helping PDM with RFPs, generating Compliance statements and supporting existing customers.Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes and services. Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area. Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment. Manages technical requirements from customers needs. Retains technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies. Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tools evolutions and improvements. Skills Bachelor/Masters degree in Electronic/computer science/ engineering. Good hold on 3GPP principles across multiple RATs : 5G, 4G and functioning of core network Programming knowledge of C and C++ to be able to peruse and understand code, along with Development experience in 4G and 5G areas. Understanding of OAM functionality and interfaces to 3gpp stack. Understanding of IP Networking Fundamentals, Understanding of CBRS protocols is desirable Analytical thinking, Creativity in problem solving, Strong analytical and debugging skills, Assertiveness & Self-confident Networking and communication skills in multi-site environment Well organized, committed and quality oriented team player 15+ years of relevant experience on Telco grade products. Strong Development Experience in wireless domain, OAM area. Experience as a Systems Engineer is good to have. Must display a high degree of willingness and ability to understand new product and flexibility to work across domains. Must display a high degree of ownership and commitment towards assigned work Must exhibit good communication skills
