Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure best practices. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Analyze recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Non IT recruitment, with expertise in bulk hiring and talent acquisition. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
