Job Description

Job Role: Senior Talent, Learning & Performance Tech Product Analyst Primary Responsibilities Specialist in solution design and configuration in the Talent, Learning & Performance product area within Workday and associated technologies for change requests and locational/regulatory step-outs, giving recommendations where appropriate. Drive the configuration within the Talent, Learning & Performance area within Workday and bolt-on systems, taking more ownership on certain platforms as required. Work alongside the Talent, Learning & Performance Design Lead to deliver useful and meaningful workshops to the business to understand what is required in the area for this implementation. Link in with the leads from the other technical areas where there may be crossovers these include the other functional leads, data, integrations, and test. Ensure the configuration of Workday solves the requirements gathered, is in line with, and has no adverse effects on our current Workday solution. Be a conduit between Deployment and BAU ensuring the Product Owner is made aware of the potential solutions and changes. Ensure the solution is appropriately unit tested and then hold the testing team to strict system testing principles. Be involved in the playback of the solution to the business stakeholders alongside the Design Lead. Act as a specialist regarding the relevant capabilities/limitations and business processes within the Talent, Learning & Performance Product area. Maintain awareness, understanding, and knowledge of all functionality related to the Talent, Learning & Performance Product area. Participate in product and project meetings. Required Skills and Knowledge • A minimum of 7 years experience having managed a product related to HR/People Technology and delivering people tech solutions to HR and the wider business. • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and implementing Workday, especially in the Talent, Learning & Performance module. • Experience being involved in a team within a fast-paced, multi-country environment across multiple Workday modules. Ability to offer guidance and advice on the Workday configuration and ensure cross-module considerations. • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time. • Ability to translate complex technical details into business-friendly language, fostering effective communication with non-technical stakeholders. • Interaction with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on collaborative problem solving. • Proven experience identifying and delivering first-class HR interactive experiences.
