Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value. The Senior Technical Analyst, EDI is responsible for supporting and enhancing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes at Calix. This includes the daily monitoring of EDI file processing, troubleshooting of issues impacting successful receipt or delivery of client files, setup and testing of new trading partners, and general customer support of issues. The Calix EDI infrastructure consists of Oracle SOA Cloud Service, Oracle OIC B2B, OpenText, SAP Ariba, and SPS Commerce. This role will need to engage with each of these systems and the associated support resources to maintain stable operations and continuously improve the business value of EDI investments. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. They will need to be hands on, self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve. Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor EDI systems, troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Configure Trading Partners and EDI Service Providers. Support EDI transactions with customers, suppliers, and 3PL providers. Build and Maintain SOA EDI Integrations, Enhance the existing Integrations and Create New Integrations in SOA as required. Migrate SOA EDI Integrations to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) B2B Review and optimize proposed solutions and extensions following best practice procedures and coding guidelines. Participate in the design, setup, and testing of Oracle Cloud and EDI configurations to appropriately support business requirements. Plan and conduct thorough program testing including user acceptance testing and sign-off of solutions. Manage transition of EDI solutions from project team to operations. Lead Release Management of bug-fix/enhancements of EDI systems. Communicate progress on system support issues and project implementation to management and user groups. Manage vendor relationships to achieve required functionality and support. Provide system support for EDI production systems. Stage and re-stage files and ensure timely processing of files and claims. Maintain daily monitoring duties including creating or enhancing daily reports. Partner with key stakeholders and business leaders. Prepare documentation and present to business and technical team members. Qualifications: Required : 10+ years of experience in EDI Integration 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion applications 5+ Years of Oracle SOA B2B/EDI Implementation and Troubleshooting experience 3+ Years of experience migrating Oracle SOA B2B/EDI Integrations to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) B2B Strong understanding of documents like (850/855/810/856/940/945/861) Strong understanding of the Oracle Supply Chain, Procurement, and Order Management modules Experience working with trading partners and EDI 3PL Service Providers Experience within Oracle EBS R12, PL/SQL, XML, Concurrent Managers, APIs, Oracle EDI Gateway, and workflow Must have good customer interaction, training skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills Experience with B2B integrations using EDI on OpenText and Ariba Network Experience supporting end to end business processes Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Preferred : Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) B2B Implementation Oracle Cloud ERP/Supply Chain Techno Functional Experience
