The ideal candidate will provide strategic decision-making support to management while independently managing engineering operations from the pre-design phase to project completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute various engineering functions across different stages of a project. Provide strategic advice to management on technical and operational matters. Independently handle engineering operations from pre-design to project completion. Ensure project timelines, quality, and efficiency are maintained. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in managing engineering operations independently. Strong understanding of engineering processes and project execution. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preference will be given to retired engineering professionals with a passion for work. Ability to contribute to the companys growth and make a lasting impact.
