We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive critical initiatives that sit at the intersection of data, AI, and global supply chain innovation. In this high-visibility role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, customer success, and go-to-market teams to bring clarity, focus, and executional excellence to our most ambitious product efforts. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across core product areas—ranging from risk and compliance to AI-powered data intelligence—shaping solutions that make a measurable impact on our customers and the industries they serve. What You Will Do Product Execution and Roadmapping Drive execution of roadmap initiatives from ideation through delivery—ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements and specifications. Manage day-to-day product development activities—sprint planning, backlog grooming, and trade-off decisions. Customer-Centered Innovation Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure we’re solving real problems. Contribute to product discovery efforts and work with design and research teams to test hypotheses and prioritize features. Stay informed on customer use cases, pain points, and industry trends to identify areas of opportunity. Team Collaboration & Communication Serve as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and GTM teams—ensuring alignment and clear communication. Deliver clear product documentation, release plans, and stakeholder updates. Elevate product quality by focusing on usability, edge cases, and customer experience. What You Will Bring 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, data, or AI-driven environment Experience with supply chain, compliance, risk, or predictive analytics platforms Proven ability to manage complex feature sets and cross-functional execution Strong communication, analytical, and prioritization skills Experience working with distributed teams and cross-border stakeholders Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership What Will Make You Stand Out Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered applications or agentic architectures Exposure to enterprise customers and long-cycle B2B environments If you are a person with a disability needing assistance with the application process please contact HR@resilinc.com.
