Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech projects (SaaS, Web, Mobile, API integrations). Manage cross-functional teams: developers, designers, QA, and DevOps. Define project scope, timelines, and technical milestones using Agile or Scrum. Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retros, and weekly reporting. Coordinate client communication, requirement gathering, and delivery timelines. Identify technical risks, blockers, and propose mitigation plans. Ensure quality assurance and post-delivery support processes are followed. Track project KPIs budget, timeline, resource utilization, and client satisfaction. Required Skills: Proven expertise in managing SaaS/Web/App/API-based projects. Strong grasp of project management tools: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana. Hands-on understanding of Dev workflows (CI/CD, Git), cloud services (AWS/GCP), and databases. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable working with cross-border teams and clients. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus Hybrid : 3 days in office (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat) & 3 days remote.
