As a Senior Technical Recruiter in Acqueon you will need . Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer extensions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top candidates. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring efficiency for hiring managers and employees. Build and implement key recruitment metrics for all tech hiring efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and insights. Consult and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans. Proactively source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates. Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidates knowledge, experience, motivation, and overall fit. Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As a Senior Technical Recruiter in Acqueon you will . 9+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends. Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and refine hiring processes. Demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment projects and meeting tight deadlines. Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
