Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Location: Sector 62, Noida, UP Shift: US EST Hours Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role requires expertise in hiring for IT, AI, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, and other industry domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based positions. Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients. Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process, ensuring compliance with US labor laws. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles. Work closely with Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure hiring needs are met. Keep up to date with US hiring trends, visa requirements, and compliance policies. Utilize ATS to track candidates and maintain accurate records. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in US recruitment supporting Direct Client requirements. Strong understanding of US work authorizations and Visa (H1B, TN, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen, etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent knowledge of technical and non-technical hiring processes in the US market. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in managing high-volume hiring and meeting aggressive deadlines. Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
