Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of experience in writing content (Install/Admin/API guide/User guides/Configuration Guide/Command Reference Guide/Release Notes) for software products and applications.Exceptional knowledge in English grammar and language.Good understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form.Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed.Must be strong in Technical Writing fundamentals (DDLC/Style Guide/Writing Style/Usages). Certification in technical communication (preferred)Work experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS).Knowledge on documentation tools, such as FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MS Office applications.Should have work experience in agile methodology.Knowledge on fundamentals of telecommunications/networking (preferred).Should have mentoring/reviewing skills.Experience in leading a team (end-to-end support to the team).Should have followed best practices (preferred).Generate innovative ideas/automate procedures for process improvements.CCNA certification (preferred).Good technical aptitude and attitude.Excellent interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills.
