Position: Senior Technician - Machine shop Maintenance Location: Jaipur, Alwar, Neemrana Qualifications: ITI / Diploma Electrical / Electronics Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC , VMC, HMC machines, including Okuma and Mazak. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, Fanuc controls includes M- Codes, Parameters & Alarms. Strong knowledge of geometry (runout, Repeatability, Backless, Concentricity etc.) . Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to electrical maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components of CNC machines. Diagnose electrical and electronic faults, using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of CNC machines. Replace and repair faulty components, such as motors, drives and wiring. Collaborate with machine operators and other maintenance personnel to resolve issues and minimize downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports, including logs of repairs and preventive maintenance activities. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC technology and electrical maintenance practices.
