Job Title: Senior Test Analyst - Telecom Domain Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with expertise in Manual and Automation Testing, particularly in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality software by designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for Telecom domain applications. 2. Lead and manage a team of test analysts, providing guidance on best practices. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. 4. Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium, Java/Python. 5. Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts accordingly. 6. Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test reports. 7. Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. 8. Participate in Agile delivery models, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Requirements: 1. Manual Testing: 4-7 years of experience in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and defect management. 2. Automation Testing: 1-3 years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Java/Python. 3. SQL/Database Testing: 1+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries for backend testing and data validation. 4. API Testing: 2-4 years of experience in API Testing using Postman/RestAssured. 5. Test Management Tools: 3-5 years of experience in Test Case Management, Test Execution, and Defect Tracking using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM. Nice to Have: - Experience in Telecom domain applications, especially in Retail (Oneview) - Leadership experience in managing a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in Agile delivery models - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
