5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance Hands on experience in Agile methodology Leadership and initiative skills Ability to track and manage numerous parallel test activities Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionality of services to as a prequel to Automation Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes Should be very strong in Manual Testing Good in Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification Design and build the automated test suites/cases for use in development and testing cycles (Desirable) Having financial domain (Investment Banking/Capital Market) knowledge (Desirable) Educational Qualification & Work Experience- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent qualifications) from a reputed university or institution Good to have certifications in Software Testing Other Competencies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Coached and mentored junior members of the team Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
