The Senior Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing ticket sales, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include handling ticket inquiries, assisting with customer bookings, processing payments, and ensuring all reservation details are accurate and up-to-date. The agent will also contribute to sales efforts by promoting additional services and amenities to clients. Qualifications Ticket Sales and Reservations skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and the ability to promote and sell services Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is preferred Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or related field is advantageous Show more Show less
