1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, providing customized and premium travel solutions. 2. Travel Planning & Bookings: Coordinate complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and tour packages for individuals and groups. 3. Expert Knowledge: Stay well-informed of global travel trends, destination insights, visa regulations, and safety advisories to offer expert recommendations. 4. Issue Resolution: Act promptly to resolve travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans. 5. Sales & Upselling: Drive revenue by promoting and upselling luxury travel packages, ancillary services, and exclusive offers. 6. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to secure repeat business and referrals. 7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all bookings comply with international travel regulations and company policies. 8. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings; submit regular performance reports to management. 9. Team Collaboration:** Support and mentor junior travel consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices. 10. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and represent the company at travel events or expos.
