Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Travel Sales Consultant with proven experience in field sales and hardcore sales . The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who thrives on closing deals, exceeding targets, and providing world-class service to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, engage with clients on a personal level, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Actively generate and convert leads through field sales activities including calls, visits, and presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts. Understand client needs and tailor travel packages to meet individual and business requirements. Handle end-to-end sales process – from inquiry to booking and post-sale support. Provide in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, pricing structures, and market trends. Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Work closely with internal teams (operations, ticketing, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel sales , with a strong track record in field and hardcore sales . Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products and services. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively for business development. Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred). Preferred Qualities Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented. High level of initiative and ownership. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Strong local network and industry connections.
