Location: Onsite – Kolkata Experience: 5+ years Availability: Immediate Joiner Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Lead to join our development team onsite in Kolkata or Bangalore . You will lead a team of UI developers to build high-quality applications using React.js , Next.js , and Tailwind CSS , while ensuring strong communication with clients, effective sprint management, and exceptional UI/UX standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers. Architect and develop modern, scalable UI using React.js and Next.js . Implement responsive and accessible design using Tailwind CSS . Collaborate with clients and internal teams for requirements and feedback. Manage sprints, tasks, and team productivity using tools like Jira or Trello. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through reviews and best practices. Troubleshoot and solve technical or UI/UX challenges swiftly. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience. Strong expertise in React.js , Next.js , Tailwind CSS , and JavaScript/TypeScript. Proven experience leading a team in a product development environment. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities . Prior experience handling client communication and managing sprints. Immediate joiners preferred. Bonus Points: Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD . Exposure to full-stack or backend (Node.js) is a plus.
