Job Title : Senior UX/UI Designer (2-4 Years Experience) Location : Mohali, Sector - 74 Job Type : Full-Time Experience Level : Mid-Level to Senior About The Role We're looking for a highly motivated Senior UX/UI Designer with 2-4 years of experience who can take ownership of end-to-end product design. In this role, you'll lead design initiatives, drive user-centered strategies, and help shape the user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams, and mentor junior designers as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead the UX/UI design process from research and ideation to delivery and iteration. Own key product features or journeys and drive them with minimal oversight. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Conduct or oversee user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality implementation. Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or interns. Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and a strong user focus across the organization. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in UX and UI design with a proven track record of shipped products. Strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design thinking and polished UI. Advanced skills in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design. Solid understanding of design systems, component reuse, and responsive design principles. Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals (not mandatory for coding, but for collaboration). Experience with motion design, accessibility standards (WCAG), or analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics). Background in designing for SaaS, B2B, or mobile-first applications.
