Role: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Fulltime Job Description: 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing Good understanding of IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of technologies covering the whole gamut of SDLC Must Have Experience in Handling SOW Requirements, Direct client Requirements, system integrators Experience in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting and Negotiating with the Consultant Analysing the requirement carefully and sourcing quality profiles for the same Prepare qualification summary and review submittal with recruiting manager and update resume based on discussion; Format resumes properly based on template Working on high volume positions with great turnaround and closure time Creating, updating & maintaining database of qualified, evaluated candidates Experience in W2(70%), Corp to Corp (C2C) (30%) Experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, head hunting etc. Ability to work independently with limited direction Qualify candidates through phone screens and interviews Good Communication and presentation skills Expert level experience in Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms Strong Internet and Boolean search skills Excellent organization, engaging people skills, with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
