Role & responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Experience working with various visa types (e.g., H-1B, CPT, OPT, GC etc.) Working knowledge and experience with all tax terms commonly used in IT recruitment, (W-2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp (C2C)) etc Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT terminology, concepts, and trends. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals across a variety of roles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
