Job Summary As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our design studio's vision. You will be responsible for stategy and delivery of the projects, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver outstanding design solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, and translate them into design strategies that improve the product experience. 2. User Research: Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Interpret data and feedback into actionable design improvements. 3. Design Execution: Create user-centric design solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. 4. Quality Ownership: Ensure that your design output maintains a high standard of detail, consistency, and usability across all screens and interactions. Requirements 1. Experience : 3-6 years of experience in UX design. 2. Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design is preferred but not mandatory. 3. Hard Skills : You have a deep understanding of the design process and principles, with a keen eye for detail. You have a proven track record of successfully managing design projects and demonstrating a portfolio of great quality design work. 4. Soft Skills : You have great people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of designers. You have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
