About the Role Creating solid brand awareness in respective ecosystem of Distributor Lead Digital Lead - Web Site Content Management and ownership Social Media Branding Investor Awareness Generic Positioning of AMC / MF - Thought Leadership of AMC Product Positioning The role will involve creating and managing social media campaigns, developing content marketing initiatives, and optimizing the mobile, website and email marketing efforts. Incumbent must have a combination of creative, strategic, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Responsibilities Managing Budget and effective utilization for driving Key Aspect Mentioned in the role with clear defined ROI Executing the Plans of ATL/ BTL/ social to create brand awareness across spectrum of Distributor and Investor Digital Marketing Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Creating and executing content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and other digital assets. Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion Monitoring and analyzing website analytics, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. SEO and SEM - managing and optimizing website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings, user engagement, and conversion rates. Team Handling Role – managing teammates with efficacy and efficiency Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan. Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics teams, to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and branding and using this knowledge to inform strategies and tactics. Managing Events and Lead all logistical stuff of the events Managing relationships with external partners and vendors, such as media houses, digital agencies, designers, and copywriters, PR Agency, Printers, to execute ATL / BTL effectively through campaigns and initiatives. Building the PR plan for creating AMC as thought leadership Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services, along with the Product, Sales & Business Development team Responsible for editorial direction, design, production & distribution of internal and external communication material such as newsletters, e-mail campaigns, building templates/documents etc. Co-ordinate media interest, ensure regular contact with target media and provide appropriate response to media request. Identify, monitor and retain relationships with Advertising, PR & other agencies. Conceptualize and model marketing material, fact sheets, investor communication etc. Lead interaction and communication efforts with distributors including events, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, visibility and various contests. Leverage technology and identify online opportunities for Lead generation. Plan Investor Awareness programs and evaluate their impact. Plan, prepare and adhere to the annual marketing budget. Responsible for logistics of various marketing activities Qualification and Skills Required 1. Qualified B.Tech / BE / MBA (Tier I / II Institute preferable) 2. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. 15-20+ years of experience in BFSI / AMC / FMCG / Ecommerce / Fintech domain is preferred. 4. Demonstrate extensive experience in brand planning, brand planning tools, building brand book, managing pan-India ad projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement and execution. 5. Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services consumer promotions. 6. Prior experience in performance marketing, and brand management - building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels. 7. Should have Up to date knowledge of digital marketing trends and development. 8. Expertise in social media campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. 9. Expertise in analytical skills and leveraging data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. 10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate branding and marketing strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders. 11.
