Job Title: Senior Video Editor About ZyBiSys: Zybisys, a leader in IT Services Space serving some of the leading Fintech Clients in India, seeks a talented Senior Video Editor to create compelling visual content that drives innovation and showcases our expertise. Role Overview: Lead our video content production, shaping visual storytelling and ensuring brand alignment. You'll manage projects, mentor a team, and create engaging content for a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Strategic Collaboration: Optimize digital assets (websites, landing pages, documentation) through video, enhancing brand visibility and attracting potential prospects. Visual Branding: Design and implement outstanding video templates and graphics to standardize the company's visual identity, improve efficiency, and create consistently attractive designs that resonate with our target audience. Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of young and talented video editors, fostering creativity, a positive environment, and encouraging the development of innovative content to increase brand impact. Training & Development: Implement learning plans for self and to keep the team updated on industry trends. Communication & Workflow: Streamline workflows through effective collaboration with all teams. Advanced Video Production: Execute complex editing tasks (cinematic shots, color grading, motion graphics). Content Strategy: Develop video strategies aligned with business goals. Technical Proficiency: Master advanced video editing and design software. Scripting & Storytelling: Create compelling narratives for technical concepts. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all video content. Creative Content: Design social media posts, blog designs, flyers, and other creative assets. What We're Looking For : 5+ years of video editing experience (Preferably in IT Services Companies). Strong portfolio with cinematic, 3D motion graphics, and design examples. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals.
