It is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic planning and management of the organization's talent acquisition and recruitment function. This role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. Ensure that talent acquisition initiatives support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members. Recruitment Processes : Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines. Employer Branding : Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources. Technology and Tools : Identify and implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline the talent acquisition process. Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance and Diversity : Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process and throughout the organization. Vendor Management : Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions. Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Monitor and measure the success of talent acquisition initiatives.
