Job Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to elevate our website to the next level. You must have prior experience in performance, design precision, and user-centric development and have worked on fast-paced B2C platforms (e.g., e-commerce, ed-tech, or consumer apps). Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance websites using ReactJS/Next.js and modern web frameworks. Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and backend teams to build dynamic, interactive, and SEO-optimized pages. Lead frontend architecture decisions for scalable, maintainable codebases using component-driven development. Drive performance optimization, Core Web Vitals compliance, and accessibility across all devices and browsers. Implement robust tracking, personalization, A/B testing, and analytics integrations using tools like GTM, GA4, Mixpanel, and Segment. Stay current with frontend trends, headless CMS architecture, and emerging frameworks (e.g., Astro, Remix, Svelte). Requirements 3-5 years of frontend development experience, primarily focused on ReactJS/Next.js. Demonstrated success building and scaling high-traffic B2C websites (e.g., e-commerce, ed-tech, or consumer platforms). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Styled Components). Hands-on experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi). Strong grasp of web performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, SSR/SSG, and accessibility standards. Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or AWS. Deep understanding of browser behavior, rendering, caching strategies, and cross-platform compatibility. Preferred Skills Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Express, or GraphQL. Experience building or integrating with design systems (Figma to code). Familiarity with analytics/reporting dashboards, dataLayer management, and event tagging.
