Role & responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. Oversee marketing campaign (SEO, SEM, Digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns). Align digital marketing strategies with overall business and sales objectives. Lead and optimize PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), paid social, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI. Implement data-driven marketing techniques, including CRM tools and automation of the marketing platform. Manage budgets and allocate spending across performance channels to achieve optimal results. Work closely with sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in increasing brand identity Utilize marketing automation tools for lead scoring, email nurturing, and CRM integration. Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to derive insights and optimize campaigns. Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and content strategists. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B digital marketing. Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and B2B marketing. Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing strategies. Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, SEO, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms and data visualization tools. Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
