Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Analyst with 2-5 years years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user engagement. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves working closely with content creators, developers, and clients/stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, URLs, image alt tags, and internal linking. Perform technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements to site structure, crawlability, indexation, page speed, mobile usability, and more. Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools . Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blog posts, landing pages, and service pages. Develop and manage link-building strategies , including guest posting, outreach, and digital PR efforts. Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. Prepare SEO reports with clear insights and communicate them effectively to internal teams or clients. Work with developers to implement technical recommendations such as schema markup, canonical tags, and redirects. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO , preferably in a B2B or IT services environment. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO . Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog , etc. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills— ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics or experience working with developers. Certification in SEO/Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot SEO, Google Analytics, Moz) is a plus.
