Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic, leads, and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.). Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website content. Manage and update the company website, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Create engaging content for blogs, emails, and social media. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on data. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience (UX) and conversions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology. Skills Required: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles. Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
