Role & Responsibilities: As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing the companys website and online content to increase visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic. Your key responsibilities include: Keyword Research : Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization. On-Page Optimization : Implementing changes to website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure for SEO improvements. Off-Page Optimization : Building high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies, including guest posting, outreach, and social sharing. Technical SEO : Working with the development team to ensure website is technically optimized for search engines, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data. Content Strategy : Collaborating with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles, blog posts, and landing pages. Analytics & Reporting : Using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to monitor performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements. Competitor Analysis : Analyzing competitors SEO strategies to stay ahead in rankings and industry trends. Local SEO : Optimizing business listings, managing reviews, and improving visibility on local search results, if applicable. Staying Updated : Keeping up with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for digital marketing and SEO. Experience: 3-8 years of proven SEO experience. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Skills: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (like WordPress). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Preferred Traits: Self-motivated with a growth mindset. Strong team player with collaboration skills. Creativity in solving SEO challenges.
