Role & responsibilities ARP SOFTTECH PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Backlinking Executive to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building high-quality backlinks to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. This role requires a minimum of creating 75 backlinks daily, ensuring that each backlink adheres to best practices for SEO and contributes to the website s growth and visibility. Key Skills Backlink Creation: Build a minimum of 75 quality backlinks per day to improve the domain authority and search engine rankings of client websites. Link Prospecting: Research and identify reputable websites, blogs, forums, and directories for potential backlinking opportunities. Quality Control: Ensure that all backlinks are high-quality, relevant, and come from reputable sources to avoid penalties from search engines like Google. Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to create and optimize content that is suitable for link-building (guest posts, infographics, blogs, etc.). Competitor Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify backlink opportunities and strategies used by competitors. Reporting and Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc., to track the effectiveness of backlinks and provide regular reports on progress. Outreach Relationship Building: Initiate and manage outreach campaigns with bloggers, webmasters, and industry influencers to gain backlinks. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure backlinks align with overall SEO strategies for optimal page ranking. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve backlinking strategies. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in SEO and backlinking techniques. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO and backlink generation. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, etc. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and backlinking strategies. Good communication skills for outreach and relationship-building. Ability to work independently and meet daily backlinking goals (75 backlinks per day). Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines. Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO monitoring tools. Ability to analyze website metrics and determine areas of improvement in backlink profiles.
