We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to manage all search engine optimization and website management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, and ensuring seamless site performance. This role involves both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, content planning, analytics, and technical website maintenance. Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams. Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for better visibility. Monitor and evaluate search results and website performance across major search engines. 2. Website Management Oversee website updates, performance, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness. Coordinate with developers/designers for technical changes or improvements. Ensure the website is optimized for speed, crawlability, indexing, and search performance. Monitor for broken links, crawl errors, and usability issues; implement fixes proactively. 3. Content & Link Building Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices and brand guidelines. 4. SEO Tools & Reporting Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 5. Marketing & Coordination Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in SEO and website management (1–3 years). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Digital Garage). Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
