Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume keywords related to the business and industry. Analyze keyword competitiveness and search trends to target the most valuable keywords. Perform technical audits to identify and address issues that may affect website performance. Develop and execute a content strategy that includes creating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for both users and search engines. Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation. Plan and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality and authoritative backlinks from reputable sources. Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results. Set up and monitor web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance, user behavior, and conversions. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Implement SEO best practices that align with current algorithm guidelines. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors' SEO strategies. Develop strategies to outperform competitors in search engine rankings. Collaborate with UX/UI experts to enhance user experience and implement CRO strategies. Optimize landing pages and calls to action for improved conversion rates. Experience in leading and mentoring junior members of the SEO team. Capability to share knowledge, provide guidance, and promote skill development. Skills: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as SEO Expert within the IT industry. Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Communicate SEO recommendations and strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign performance. Solid understanding of keyword research and optimization techniques. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and optimize campaign performance. A candidate who enhances their skills according to the latest SEO trends, tools, and techniques through industry blogs, forums, and conferences. Adhere to white-hat SEO techniques and ethical practices, avoiding any tactics that could lead to penalties. Ability to present complex SEO data visually through charts, graphs, and dashboards. Proficiency in tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau for creating compelling visual reports. Core Competencies: Expertise in optimizing websites for international audiences and multilingual SEO considerations. Familiarity with hreflang tags, geotargeting, and local content optimization. Ability to implement schema markup for various content types, such as articles, reviews, events, and products. Communication and Reporting: Providing regular reports that outline project performance metrics, progress toward goals, and insights gained from data analysis. Crafting tailored strategies for each platform and project based on the unique characteristics of the target audience, business goals, and available resources. Proficiency with various analytical tools, likely including platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other third-party tools to gather and interpret data effectively. Maintaining consistent and clear communication with team members and clients, regarding campaign updates, changes, and performance. Awareness of the growing significance of voice search and the ability to optimize content for voice-activated devices. Familiarity with natural language processing and conversational keyword research. Skill in optimizing video content for search engines, including optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags for video platforms like YouTube. Knowledge of video schema markup and video sitemaps. Knowledge of SEO strategies specific to e-commerce websites, including optimizing product pages, categories, and navigation. Skill in managing product feeds for shopping campaigns and integration with platforms like Google Merchant Centre.
