EC-Council University (ECCU) is hiring! Position: SEO Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager Location: Andheri Mumbai, India Onsite working. About us: EC-Council University (ECCU) is an academic institution operates under the parent organization EC-Council, the largest professional training and certification body in Information Security. ECCU is primarily focused on cyber security education and offers both a Bachelors (BS) and a Master (MS) degree program. ECCU currently offers its courses on an E-Learning platform (Moodle) and therefore is 100% online. Learn more about us at https://www.eccu.edu About the Position: Lead and plan the overall Organic Lead Generation efforts, SEO analysis, and recommendations Lead comprehensive technical site audits on desktop and mobile to identify gaps and fix them. Create and manage geography specific web pages Improve the search engine rankings for the website and web pages for various geographies worldwide Handle Indexing, AMP pages best practices, page indexing, text to HTML ratio, broken links, etc. and create recommendations. Also, drive the execution of optimization plans with the relevant teams. Work closely with the content team to create high value and traffic content (e.g., blogs, videos, articles, etc.) Measure and report key SEO KPIs including contribution to the business, top keywords, top pages, conversion rates, Brand vs. Generic keywords, and MOM performance, etc. weekly Create and execute detailed plan for off-page optimizations such as link building: Internal, Inbound and Outbound links Analyze website architecture, content, linking and other factors to identify issues and opportunities for SEO Follow the best practices about website architecture, UI/UX, content coverage, linking, and other factors Leverage tools to monitor and improve SEO metrics such as crawl rate, indexation, and SERP rankings for relevant keywords. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs Stay up to date on SEO and digital marketing trends Track competitors website in the same category/vertical and take the learnings to execution Achieve higher rankings for the videos through YouTube SEO practices Requirement Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in SEO A pleasant disposition, good communication skills, and high enthusiasm levels Working experience on website migration is an added advantage.
