Job Role: SEO & ASO Specialist/Lead/AM You should apply if you have: Proven expertise in driving organic growth through advanced SEO and ASO strategies. Hands-on experience optimizing websites and apps for search engines and app stores. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and App Store analytics. Ability to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for SEO and ASO. Experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and crawling tools. Proficiency in keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for both web and app platforms. Experience in planning and executing experiments to improve rankings and discoverability in app stores. A data-driven mindset to measure performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies. Strong understanding of user behavior and how it impacts search rankings and app store performance. Familiarity with A/B testing, split testing, and data interpretation to drive improvements in CTR and retention. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to implement SEO/ASO recommendations. You should not apply if you: Lack experience in scaling organic search and app discoverability. Are uncomfortable with data analysis and technical SEO/ASO challenges. Prefer working in silos without engaging with teams across departments. Are not passionate about health and nutrition or app growth strategies. Skills Required: Bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in SEO, ASO, and organic growth strategies. Proficiency in SEO and ASO tools such as Google Analytics, App Store Connect, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and MobileAction. Strong understanding of ranking algorithms for search engines and app stores. Experience in optimizing for Google Play, App Store, and alternative marketplaces. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards with tools like Power BI or Tableau. Ability to write or oversee the development of SEO/ASO-optimized content. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. What will you do? Lead and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic web traffic. Optimize app store presence for improved discoverability and download rates. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance benchmarking for both SEO and ASO. Develop and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements for the website. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO- and ASO-friendly content. Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and ASO. Conduct experiments to enhance visibility and conversion in both search engines and app stores. Work with development teams to implement technical changes for better crawlability and ranking. Ensure seamless integration of ASO and SEO strategies into the broader marketing framework.
