SEO Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical audits, optimizing on-page elements, and driving organic growth through advanced SEO strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues (crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, etc.). Implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta tags, headers, keyword placement, internal linking, and content improvements. Conduct keyword research and develop an effective content strategy to improve rankings and organic visibility. Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments. Identify and implement technical improvements, such as schema markup, site architecture enhancements, and mobile-first indexing strategies. Generate and present SEO reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: 4-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings. Strong expertise in technical SEO audits and troubleshooting (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, etc.). Solid understanding of on-page SEO elements and content optimization techniques. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
