Job Description: As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and optimize digital content. You will collaborate closely with our content and development teams to ensure our online presence aligns with best SEO practices. Key Responsibilities: Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and strategy Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking for better search engine performance Implement technical SEO improvements and conduct routine website audits Develop and manage link-building strategies Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Coordinate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO requirements are met Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in SEO roles Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SEO for service-based businesses or recruitment firms Basic knowledge of content marketing or web development is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with a growing team Supportive work environment in a central Indore location Career development and learning opportunities How to Apply: If you're passionate about SEO and eager to make an impact, please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and achievements in SEO.
