ob Description: As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize website content, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to implement SEO initiatives, monitor performance, and stay updated with industry changes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page content (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, images, etc.) for improved search rankings. Analyze website traffic and SEO performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach. Perform technical SEO audits to ensure the websites optimal performance (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, etc.). Stay informed about SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly. Work with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on the website. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital marketing environment. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proven ability to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Familiarity with common SEO tools and platforms, including: Google Analytics and Google Search Console SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz Screaming Frog or similar SEO audit tools Keyword research tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, KWFinder) On-page optimization tools (e.g., Yoast SEO, RankMath) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate SEO strategies and insights effectively. Up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
