Role Overview: We are an AI startup looking for a full-time marketing specialist to join our team. The role comes with a salary of upto INR 30,000 per month, and we need someone with at least 3 years of experience who can handle all aspects of marketing to help us grow. what you’ll do Write original content without using AI tools for blogs, website, and campaigns Create and schedule engaging social media posts Handle and grow our LinkedIn presence Run and manage ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results Manage SEO to improve website ranking and traffic Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with goals Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns Track marketing performance and prepare simple reports Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to boost brand awareness what we’re looking for Strong writing skills with a creative mindset Experience in SEO, ads management, and social media Knowledge of running and optimizing ad campaigns Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good at analyzing data and making decisions based on it Someone who takes initiative and works well in a team If you’re ready to take on a diverse marketing role and help The Cognitive grow, we’d love to hear from you!
