Job Description

At least 4 years experience in System admin server admin office 365 Administration. • Windows, VMware, Hyper V Administration, Core OS - Windows, Windows Set-Up, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365 and Intune Knowledge of System Admin, Server 2022, Server 2019, Hyper-V, Office 365 and Azure. Good knowledge of ITIL framework, AV Management, and Team management. Knowledge of Patch Management. Experience with system troubleshooting, monitoring tools responding to alerts, and reporting to the team. Good understanding of system security (client, server, system hardening standards) Windows Patching, and ITSM knowledge. Should be able to document infrastructure designs, configurations, support requests, incidents, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly. Should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Should be able to handle user inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally, courteously, and effectively. Should be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
