About this opportunity: This role is responsible for providing engineering Service functions to support the Service to the customer by analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Candidate will be responsible to update or modify the SOM and Tech Spec based on the contractual and customer requirements and driving process improvements and brining in changes to ways of working based on the need What you will do: -Impact Assessment for New scopes, Products and Services. Participating in meeting with various stakeholders both Internal and with Customers -Demand forum: Understanding the FDRs (Front door Request) received from the customer -Reviewing design documents for all the features and Products that will come under Operations as new scopes -Identifying and analyzing risks involved in Operations that impact the Network -Attending Governance meeting (Monthly/Weekly) with Customers on the requirements that are raised in various forums -Looking and implementing automation for the existing and new Services -Responsible to create and accountable to maintain customer / Ericsson network / solution documentation to increase customer insight and to support strategic decisions (e.g. Network Configuration) -Supporting customer on strategic decisions regarding infrastructure evolution, enhancement or additions as required -Updating Operational Readiness checklist for all the new scopes and ensuring all the items are signed off with respective stakeholders -Derive and establish the interlock process between Ericsson and 3rd party teams -Responsible in collaborating with different teams in Operations to ensure all necessary details and evidence are available in the tools and system for operational refences -Customer Experience Management -Behavioral competences -Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectation -Creating & Innovating -Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking The skills you bring: -Bachelors degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech, Full-time). -13+years of relevant industry experience. -E2E technical architecture of the Service -Aware of Network Architecture and Processes in Details -Domain Expert in RAN/TXN/OSS/SACM/OA/Event Management -The technical planning and design of a New Service -Introduction of New products and Services into Operations -Customer Solution Design -Effective communication and presentation skills We encourage you to consider applying to jobs where you might not meet all the criteria.
