Job Description

Urgent hiring:- Preferred base location candidate first priority. Job Description:- 1. Coordinate with customers looking for after sales repair or maintenance service. 2. Communication with customer to correctly understand the complaint and then assign the right person. 3. Call allocation of Service Engineers and their travel planning. 4. Provide quotation to customers for service and take approvals. 5. Ensure proper documentation for all Service calls and contracts. 6. Manage Preventive maintenance schedules for Annual Contracts. 7. Manage Service tracking sheet and ensure proper data is filled on Daily Basis. 8. MIS reporting in assigned formats. Required Skills:- 1. Should be good at communication, specifically written / email. 2. Should be able to handle customer complaints with ease and maturity. 3. Should have decent exposure to MS-Excel and Google Sheets. 4. Should be proactive in communicating and coordinating with all internal and external teams for smooth execution of orders.
