Job Description

Handle and resolve user queries/issues via ticketing tools (ServiceNow / JIRA / AD). Capture, validate, sort, and assign tickets per defined SLAs/KPIs. Communicate effectively with users and collaborate with resolver teams for timely resolution. Monitor & ensure SLA compliance, and drive process improvements. Generate daily/weekly reports and optimize support processes through automation & knowledge sharing.
