Job required : Technically strong, must have an interest in travelling and able to understand manuals, analytical skill and excellent command over communication. To meet customers, give demo, understand requirement & reporting to higher levels. Installation, Breakdown & Servicing of Equipments / other business-related equipment. Problem Identification Solving Customer Queries Carry out breakdown analysis & minimization of breakdown Plan & implement short term, long term maintenance & unit overhaul as per schedule. Candidate has to travel all over India for service or installation works. Give day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair. Improve & update the maintenance (Preventive & predictive) program regularly. Identify, update continually improve equipment reliability. Maintain equipment history records, reports and proper documentation. Identify select and update the required spare parts Studying & analysing various machine faults, taking corrective and preventive actions to bring down. Testing and certification of all business related equipments, sensors & other loadcell assemblies as per the Act. Calibration of weighing scales & measuring instruments. Reducing maintenance cost, yearly maintenance budgeting, and AMC, handling maintenance contractors Candidates from Weighing Industry /Automation service experience backgrounds are preferable.
