Locations - Mumbai, Pune & Hyderabad No. of openings - 10 Roles and Responsibilities The Active LED Screen Technician will be responsible for Assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing LED screens, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all LED displays. Assembly ,Installation and Service of LED Wall, Demonstration of products and service to client. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Conduct assigned site visits to identify issues with installed equipment and implement solutions or escalate as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed on each job site visit using our CRM system. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all aspects of work.
