Experienced engineer preferably with exposure in the textile industry as we mainly sell & service textile testing instruments for POY, FDY, Cotton, Fiber, Wool, Technical Textiles, Specialized textiles . We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment/machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client locations. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed. Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance performance.
