Blue Star E&E seeks a skilled Machine Repair & Calibration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate industrial ultrasound machines. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing faults, repairing of Machine on board level or components, and ensuring equipment meets operational as per requirement. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Diagnose and repair of electrical and electronic faults in industrial ultrasound machines. Calibrate machines and instruments to meet precision and performance standards. Conduct functional tests after repairs and calibration to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed service and calibration records for compliance and reporting. Coordinate with the customer to schedule machine Calibration without disrupting production. Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed. Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical /Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering . Minimum 2-4 years of experience in machine repair and calibration. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits of industrial equipment. Experience with industrial X-ray systems, NDT equipment, or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service manuals . Hands-on experience with calibration tools and techniques. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills for customer interaction and report documentation. Willingness to travel for on-site servicing and calibration.
