Job Title: Service Engineer Job Location: Ahmedabad and Bangalore About Peppermint is a robotics company based out of Pune (INDIA). Started in 2019 at SINE IIT Bombay, Peppermint Robotics has grown into a leader in commercial cleaning robots, industrial material handling robot and has its operations across 6 countries. Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its offices in Pune (INDIA), Dubai (UAE) and Austin (USA) and is looking to add leaders and builders to its HQ team at Pune (INDIA) Job Overview As a Service Engineer, you will be working on the Perform on-site servicing, troubleshooting, deployment, operations and service of Peppermint robots at customer locations and also overseeing demos across operational regions. You will be involved in the technical briefings from the engineering teams and learn about robotics with Peppermint. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of Peppermint floor cleaning robots. Manage daily customer interactions and feedback. Independently conduct demos, Proof of Concept (POC), and installations. Provide quick response and resolution to customer issues, including short-notice travel when required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service closures. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and basic electronics. Willingness to travel frequently and work independently on customer sites. Preferable Candidate from Industrial machinery servicing Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive & Results-driven. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
