Role & responsibilities Job Title: Service Engineer Department: Technical services Division: Heating Services Qualification: BTECH / BE (Mechanical/ Electrical) • To ensure installation, commissioning, trouble shooting of heating products, heating service products and to demonstrate the fuel savings to customer. • Single point contact with customer. • Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc. • Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions. • Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer preventive maintenance planning. • Validation & Efficiency trial of products and Generating field data for product improvement. • Licensing program for TCA for heating & service products and I&C audit of TCA installations. • Reduction in FOC due to I&C • Getting customer good reference letters • Walkthrough installation • Enquiry and execution of branded service jobs like RLA, health checkup, HAZOP, IIOT, I Serve etc. etc. Critical Competencies for the Job: Functional: 1. Good communication skills and ensuring good customer relationship management 2. Analytical ability 3. Process and result oriented 4. Willingness to travel 5. Networking and interpersonal skills 6. Good presentation skills 7. Knowledge on boiler, Thermic fluid heater, oil & gas burner, field instruments, PLC will be preferred Preferred candidate profile 1.Positive / Proactive thinking 2.
