We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer (Field Service) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role requires extensive fieldwork and travel. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at client locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues in machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve service issues. Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Provide technical support and training to customers as needed. Travel frequently to different client sites within Kolkata & Odisha. Requirements: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Preferred: Experience in industrial machinery maintenance or similar field. Knowledge of PLCs, motors, and control systems.
